Terms & Conditions
​1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer acknowledges that (s)he possesses care, custody, and control of the EzPack Boxes while such boxes are located at the Customer’s premises. The Customer hereby accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to the EzPack Boxes. In the event that the EzPack Boxes are damaged or lost during the Customer's possession, the Customer shall be liable to pay the full retail value of the boxes, established at $35.00 per damaged box.
The Customer also acknowledges care, custody, and control of the EzPack dollies while such dollies are at the Customer’s premises. The Customer accepts responsibility for any loss or damage to the EzPack dollies. If the EzPack dollies are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer shall pay the full retail value of the dollies, set at $75.00 each.

2. CLEANING AND RETURN POLICY
The Customer agrees to return the EzPack Boxes and dollies in a clean condition, free of items such as stickers, residue, hair, liquid, or soil. Should the EzPack Boxes be returned with such items, the Customer shall incur a cleaning fee of $50.00.

3. SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS
The Customer recognizes sole responsibility for scheduling and being present for appointments concerning the drop-off and pick-up of the EzPack Boxes. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule any appointment may result in additional delivery or cancellation fees of $50.00.

4. TIMELY RETURN OF EQUIPMENT
The Customer acknowledges responsibility for the timely return of the EzPack Boxes and dollies by the agreed-upon date. For each additional week the EzPack Boxes are not returned, the Customer shall incur an additional rental charge based on the standard weekly fee associated with the selected package. If the EzPack Boxes are not returned after 30 days, and no communication has been established to extend the rental period, it shall be presumed that the Customer wishes to purchase the boxes and shall be charged the full retail value at a rate of $35.00 per box.
For each additional week the EzPack dollies are not returned, the Customer shall incur an additional rental charge of $10.00 per dolly per week. If the dollies are not returned after 30 days, and no communication has been made to extend the rental, it shall be assumed that the Customer wishes to purchase the dollies and shall be charged the full retail value at a rate of $75.00 each.

5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
The Customer acknowledges that their credit card information will be retained on file for the duration of the rental agreement. The Customer further acknowledges and authorizes EzPack Boxes to charge any amounts associated with the terms and conditions herein.

6. RIGHT OF ENTRY
The Customer grants EzPack Boxes the right to enter the premises at the specified delivery and pick-up address to deliver and retrieve the equipment at the scheduled times. The Customer shall only release the equipment to an EzPack Boxes employee or authorized representative.

7. CUSTODY OF EQUIPMENT
The Customer agrees to maintain the equipment in their custody and shall not sublease, rent, or sell the equipment. The equipment shall remain in the possession of the Customer but shall remain the property of EzPack Boxes.

8. RE-DELIVERY FEE
In the event that no individual is available to accept delivery at the agreed-upon time, a re-delivery fee of $50.00 shall apply.

9. INDEMNIFICATION
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EzPack Boxes, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or in connection with the Customer's possession, use, and return of the equipment. The Customer shall be responsible for the operation of the equipment and is fully accountable for its condition upon return. EzPack Boxes and its representatives shall not be liable for any injuries sustained by the Customer or any third parties utilizing the equipment. The Customer further agrees to indemnify EzPack Boxes from any claims or expenses arising from such use, including attorney's fees.

10. WARRANTY
EzPack Boxes warrants that the equipment rented under this agreement shall be in good working order on the effective date of the rental agreement. EzPack Boxes’ obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the equipment as deemed necessary by the Customer.

11. MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
EzPack Boxes reserves the right to modify, amend, or change this rental agreement at any time without prior notice. All previously signed agreements shall remain in effect and shall be honored as written, provided they bear confirmed signatures.
